What does this cost?
Online Training is $100/mo. and includes a weekly sprint analysis and speed training program. (Note that this is a monthly membership. Your payment method on file will be auto-charged monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]).
Do I need equipment?
Yes, you will need the following:
- 4x Agility Cones
- 1x Agility Ladder
- 1x Stopwatch (you can use your phone).
How long are training sessions?
You will take your athlete through training sessions that are roughly 30-minutes in length, from warm-up to cool-down.
How often will I train my athlete?
1-2x per week.
Will I know how to do this?
I will give you all the information you need during the initial consultation! Plus, the training guide will have images and step-by-step instructions of all drills.
